Private Clubs
PGmA specializes in the formation of a diagnostic approach to marketing/profit challenges for private golf clubs. The Golf Club P.A.R. (Performance Assessment Report) program is a comprehensive business review provided by PGmA that helps clubs achieve maximum revenue from facilities that are typically underutilized assets. In general, the P.A.R. reviews all club elements from the perspective of current industry best practices. Specifically, the audit includes:
- Position analysis
- Branding
- Membership process
- Partnership
- Special events
- Catering
- Restaurants
- Retail
- Collateral
- Web design
- Operations
A comprehensive report on the findings is provided to the club following the P.A.R. process. We conduct an extensive P.A.R. of the membership fundamentals, and based on this review and analysis, we then create a membership marketing plan that produces desired results to fit the specific needs of each of our private club clients.
Our recommendations are based on the needs of the club outline in the P.A.R. While the ultimate goal of each of our club clients is to increase its current membership base, we see this as a step-by-step plan to increase patronage while influencing new members. Our goal is to design a comprehensive membership marketing initiative that is created with the specific goals desired by each of our private club clients.
